Sligo AC Chairman Michael O'Connell showed all members how it should be done by winning the Cloonacool 5K today in a time of 18:10, a fantastic result for Michael who's comeback from a long injury lay off is well and truly up and RUNNING, also congratulations to Club runners Mari Johnston, and Rory Connor who ran superbly and also Ciaran Donnellan who achieved a PB in 21:56 knocking 2 minutes of his previous 5K time. Well done from all in Sligo AC.
