SLIGO AC FLYERS...
Congratulations to all Sligo AC members who competed in the Ballyshannon 5K this evening, Alan Kearins ran PB of 16.22 followed by Mel Casserly in 16:36, Kevin McGloin ran 16:50, Rory Connor 18:41, Mark Burns (Non Sligo AC) 19:24, Jill Connor 24:54. Well Done from all your club Colleagues.
