The Grange Good Friday 5K

The 2nd annual Grange 5K in aid of the Friends of Sligo General Hospital will take place on Good Friday starting at 7pm , last year over 140 people took part in the event and over 1800 euro was raised.The course after the first 1k is either flat or downhill and is accurately measured so some good times would be expected,it should act as a good sharpener for the Carney 10k which will be on the following Monday.Entries will be taken in the Sport Centre in Grange from 5:30 pm that evening and will close at 6: 50pm.Entry fee is 10 euro and 20 for a family you can walk jog or run,tea and sandwiches and spot prizes in the Centre afterwards.
