Former Chelsea FC speed coach, Mike Antionades has opened the RUNNING SCHOOL & SPORTS INJURIES AND SPORTS MEDICINE CLNIC in Castlebar, Co Mayo. In conjunction with this the school is offering a free workshop to Sligo AC Athletes. If interested please contact Club Secretary Terry Hayes on 0872274622 asap. A small fee/charge may be required if a bus is hired to transport all interested athletes.
